I started working with people after more than 12 years of my own journey of self-discovery. That journey has taken me through body dysmorphia, self-loathing, sexual trauma, and years of trying to understand what it means to feel safe and at home in my own body.

Growing up in a conservative society meant sexuality and pleasure weren't things I learned to approach with curiosity. I inherited ideas about what was acceptable, what wasn't, and who I was supposed to be long before I had the chance to discover those things for myself.

Then I started exploring.
Through years of therapy, spiritual practice, tantra, embodiment and sex, love and intimacy coaching, I became fascinated by the relationship between the body, sexuality, pleasure and the way we experience our lives.

I began to understand that sexuality is about so much more than sex.
It's about our ability to feel.
To want. To say yes. To say no. To receive. To express ourselves. To create.
To be seen. To experience pleasure without having to earn it.
And perhaps most importantly, to stay in relationship with ourselves through all of it.

Learning to feel that I am good enough and deserving of love is a path I will be on for the rest of my life. But I am glad to say that I know I will never abandon myself again.
And that's a big part of why I do this work.
I can't tell you how to live, what to want, or what your sexuality should look like, but I can create a space where you can slow down enough to hear yourself.
